Thoughts on problems and why they are there?...

Seek and thou shall find...

I sometimes wonder about life and the way people lead it. It's simply fascinating to see that after evolving to such great heights mankind suffers more problems than any of the other less evolved species. There are n-types of diseases, stress, tension, injuries, you name it, they got it. What are we evolving into - the perfect specimen of God or just freaks losing it with every passing second???
Then again you might say whether it's correct to say that we are evolving at all? You might say that it's not we that are evolving it's just the things around us that are evolving like all the gadgets that we drool upon. Maybe it's that in the quest of a happy life we are relying on these gadgets, you know. "I'd be happier if i didn't had to wash clothes by hand" - and boom, you got a washing machine. But did this make your life any happier? Easier, yes, happier - i don't know. Come to think of it what the hell are we thinking if we are thinking that these things will make us happier? Sure i'd love to ride a fast bike or love go to office by a chopper. But when these things become reality they just don't feel that special.
Is this a bad solution to find happiness??? No. Solutions are never wrong, they are always right. It's just that your question/problem is wrong. That's what I believe is the case. How many times do you stop to think about what would make your life happier? Forget about working on it, it's just thinking i'm talking about. Never. People always steer clear of thinking. It's a big big thing best left to scientists and geeks. Besides who's got the time to daydream? People assume they'd be happy when they get a promotion or when they get a new car or whatever. But it just doesn't happens with these things.
Sometimes we just assume that a problem is a part of life, you know. If the kids are not obidient, it the generation gap. If your boss is making your life hell, that's also a part of your life. Problems are never part of life. No problem ever was meant to stay in your life.
Identify your problems. It's easier than most of the things you do. Just think for half an hour everyday about your problems write them down. Identification itself removes a third of your problems.

Anger...

I feel angry. This burning sensation, the blood rushing in my veins, the mind which is the root of it all generates thoughts which spurs this fury in me and feeds this destructive emotion. Why do i feel angry? Are there any reasons? I don't know, i am not thinking right now. Why? Because i'm angry. Anger destroys reason, and the vice versa is also true. But where does it stems from and where does it go to? In my case it often comes from expectation. Expectations are like the web of a spider. I have drawn this web around myself. It's this imbroglio that is the cause of all anger. I expect something or the other from every person I meet. I spin this web, this expectation towards the other person. It seems like a bridge, like the only way to communicate with a person. But this bridge is weak. It's like a sandcastle on the shore of a beach. I create this sandcastle near the beach and sit beside it looking at the sea thinking that it might be so pleased with having such a beautiful castle on its shore. But the sea doesnot think like me, if it thinks at all. And before I know a wave of salty water comes out of its bounds and takes away with it all that I build, leaving behind some wet sands and anger, great anger.
The every string of this web, this imbrolio is destined to break and every breakage reveals what it has been carrying with it all along. Anger. I "MUST NOT" expect. I "MUST NOT" expect...I might be along my usual lines after an hour or two, after the anger leave my mind alone but till then i must burn and must think or try to think and must find a way for it to never find me again. Gold must burn before it becomes pure and man must burn before he becomes wise...
